Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. Where tracking is available for your destination, tracking details will be included in that email.
Duties and taxes
Any import duties or local taxes that may apply are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout where required.
Returns
Returns are accepted in accordance with the VELAR returns policy. Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging, including the presentation box.
Starting a return
To begin a return, contact VELAR using the contact page or the support email in the footer with your order number and the reason for return, and we will guide you through the process.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact VELAR within a reasonable time of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
